Email is an able of quick communication in the internet electronically. One should take care in conveying the message clearly. Often a long mail is boring to read. So, make it short and convey with clarity. Try to write the Subject : section of the email relevant to contents. One can also attach and send some documents along with the email which has a limit in the size.

Avoid spam - and don't waste internet bandwidth. You can also use filters to block a persons id if the user decides not to receive emails from him or her. An e-mail is properly written not only makes you look good, but is easier for your recipient(s).

Here are some tips:
•- PLEASE DON'T TYPE IN ALL CAPS. IT'S HARD TO READ!
•- Use spell checker to check your spelling mistake.
•- Please don't use embedding sounds or using "stationary" (In outlook express) in your messages. Which will take long time to download.
•- Before you send a mail Re-read and send it out.
•- Don't use short hand. Stuff like "wen r u c'mg to hyd" can be hard to read. Don't be lazy, type the whole word.
•- Add your friend's, relatives & company e-mail in Address Book.
•- Don't send an e-mail unless and until you know the person.
•- To avoid VIRUS affecting your system, Open the e-mail only if it comes from known person and be careful in opening an attachment(s).
•- Use some recommended Antivirus Software.
Below are the tips useful when you are browsing from your home PC.
For General (Web based e-mail users)
•- You can check your emails from respective free e-mail sites
    (ex. www.hotmail.com, www.rediff.com, www.yahoo.com   ...)
•- After you have gone through the received e-mail.
•- Disconnect the internet
•- Type your reply in Text Editor like notepad.
•- Connect to the internet
•- Send the e-mail.

For OutLook Express Users
•- You can check your mails by clicking send and receive button.
•- Once you have done it, if you receive e-mail disconnect the internet.
•- Type you reply offline in outlook express for the e-mails you have received.
•- Connect to the internet and send it.

These guidelines will help everyone to communicate a little better and you can also save on your telephone bills.
