Q What is the use of E-Mail?

Electronic Mail. To use this you need to have Internet Connection. E-Mail is like your address / entry. One can correspond to your friend/relative all over the world. Precisely it is used, to send and recieve message(s). Email is a very useful tool in communication, If you are not having an e-mail id, have it today!

1) Paid Service
2) Free Service

1) In paid service your email will have customised setup.
When somebody sends a e-mail to you Automatically you can set
- Auto responder like "Thanks for contacting us. We will get back to you shortly".
- You can have more number of server space for your e-mail id depending upon the web hosting company.
- E-mail forwarding, when ever somebody sends a mail it will automatically forward it to some other email account.

2) In Free E-mail service
You are restricted to some amount of server space to use free email. It depends upon site to site. But mostly all facilities have services like send an e-mail, forward, reply & attachment.

It is like a post box, wherein, you are posting a letter to your friend/relative and your friend sends a letter. When it comes to your address, you are opening it and if you want, you are sending a reply to him. The concept is same in e-mail too. 

But these postal letter(s) takes its own time, whereas if you send a mail, it reaches in the shortest possible time and at one stroke you can send the same communication to many people.

Yes, you can. This comes under paid services. Suppose you have a website (collection of webpages like profile, contact us etc) by domain name http://www.infoarcade.com, then you can have your e-mail like yourname@infoarcade.com.

A Normally in all the free / paid email services you will get confirmation that "Your email has been sent". If your e-mail is not sent you will get a failure notice.

A Attachment is a big file, where in it may contain Text / Documents, Images, Flash etc.
Q Why do I get a failure notice? Top
A You will get a failure notice for the reasons mentioned below :

1) You may mis-typed the email address.
Ex. Instead of mani@infoarcade.com you have typed main@infoarcade.com.

2) The recipient(s) is using more than his assigned space quota.
Ex. More than 5mb space.

3) You haven't typed "To email" address.
