	Q	How much time will it take to host the site?
	Ans:	If the design and development of the site is ready then we have to see what script you have used and how the same is implemented. After satisfying ourselves with the correctness of the job done we host the site on getting your confirmation.
	Q	Can I host the site myself. How much space will be alloted for my site?
	Ans:	No! You cannot host the site by yourself. For we have to go through the scripts / database (if so) in your site. After evaluating the Design, Development & POP3 e-mail the space will be alloted in our server on your confirmation.
	Q	Where is your server located?
	Ans:	Our server is located at Havord, California and it is connected to multiple bulk ISPs multiple T1 and T3 fiber optic telecommunication connections, multi-processor RAID netservers, routers and hubs by CISCO Systems secured with firewall and regular backups.
	Q	I have my website hosted in some other server. Can I have POP3 e-mail account through your server?
	Ans:	No! You cannot have POP3 e-mail account if your server IP is pointing to a different server. You to have approach the same people only to give POP3 email where in your site is Hosted.
	Q	I have a website which is hosted by you. For next year I don't want your services? What should I do?
	Ans:	Normally with us this question doesn't arise. For, once an InfoArcade customer always remains to be a InfoArcade customer for all time. We take care of our customers queries and attend to it with all seriousness and promptness. If anyone wants to discontinue the services then one has to take care of the renewal of Domain name, server space & maintenance with some other people.
